JFK Terminal 1
JFK Terminal 1 was opened in 1998, at the direction of the Terminal One Group, a consortium of several key operating carriers.
Terminal 1 is able to handle Airbus A380 aircraft and altogether with Terminal 4, has the capacity to carry the superjumbo aircraft.

Levels
Arrivals Level
Passengers arrive here at the baggage claim area and can find some amenities. Access to ground transportation this way, as well as the AirTrain station.
Mezzanine Level
In this level there are located the Airline Clubs.
Departure Level
In this level is where all Check-in desks are located.
Concourse Level
There is the security check-point, the Airline Clubs and the boarding gates from 1 to 11.
Transportation between terminals
By the AirTrain system is easy to transfer between terminals at John F. Kennedy Airport, since all airport terminals are connected to its network. Train frequency is every 2 to 5 minutes and operates 24/7. Service is free between terminals. You can also connect to the parking lots, hotel shuttle and rental car facilities.

Korean Air KAL First Class Lounge: Terminal 1. Open from 10:00am to 12:30am. Services: snacks, showers, drinks, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV, Conference rooms, Internet Terminals, telephones, among others.
Lufthansa First Class Lounge (Wining & Dining): Terminal 1. Services: food and drinks, Wi-Fi, magazines, TV.
Lufthansa Senator Lounge: Terminal 1. Services: premium food, drinks, showers, Wi-Fi, snacks, newspapers and magazines, TV, printers and copiers, among others.
