JFK Terminal 4

JFK Terminal 4 was opened in 2013 and currently handles international arrivals at JFK Airport. It serves as a major international hub for Delta Airlines for its long-haul flights and other airlines.

Levels

Level 1

Arrivals area. Access to ground transportation. 

Level 2

Here passengers will find some of the gates. However, check-in and security check are done in Level 4. 

Level 3

Access to gates. Security checkpoint separates departures level from the concourse level.

Terminal 4 has a big shopping mall that offers a wide range of retail options. It also has a chapel at the pre-security departure level. Wi-Fi is accessible through all the terminal.

Terminal 4 has 38 gates located in two concourses: A and B.
- Concourse A: A3-A5 gates.
- Concourse B: B20, B22-B38 and B41.

 A walkway connects Concourse level with arrivals to get directly there.

Transportation between terminals

By the AirTrain system is easy to transfer between terminals at John F. Kennedy Airport, since all airport terminals are connected to its network. Train frequency is every 2 to 5 minutes and operates 24/7. Service is free between terminals. You can also connect to the parking lots, hotel shuttle and rental car facilities.

The AirTrain stations are located next to the short-term parking lot at each Terminal. 

Also, between Terminal 2 and 4 there is a free shuttle bus operated by Delta Airlines at their passenger’s disposal.

SWISS First Class HON Lounge: Terminal 4. Services: snacks, showers, TV, beer and wine, newspapers and magazines, Internet Terminals, among others. 

SWISS Business Class Lounge: Terminal 4.Open from 4:30am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 12:30am. Services: premium food, drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi, drinks, TV, Internet Terminals, among others. 

The King David Business Class Lounge: Terminal 4. Open from 4 hours before first departure until last departure of the day. Services: premium food, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, printers and copiers, telephones, among others.
